The objective of this program was to redesign and unify the global revenue operation of ten entities into single customer relationship management (CRM) processes from lead generation to order, including intra-group processes and customer support. The goal was to synchronize the organization's hybrid go-to-market approach and harmonize sales activities to successfully win, make, and retain happy customers with global partners using Salesforce.

The implementation of a redesigned and unified revenue operation and CRM process, including the use of Salesforce, was critical to improving efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
