ESG Program

The objective of this program was to develop an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy for the organization, which includes a focus on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Sustainability Strategy etc. The goal was to establish a roadmap that outlines the organization's long-term approach to ESG, incorporating D&I and sustainability considerations, and aligning with the company's values, goals, and objectives.

The project scope included assessing the current state, researching best practices, developing an ESG strategy, creating an implementation plan, and establishing monitoring and reporting systems. The success of the project was dependent on effective communication, education, and training to ensure that stakeholders understood the ESG strategy and their role in achieving its goals.
