Culture Transformation

The Culture Transformation Program was a comprehensive initiative aimed at shifting the organization's culture towards one that was more aligned with its values and goals to support its growth strategy. The program included a project that conducted a culture audit using the OCAI model, as well as other people and organization initiatives aimed at driving cultural change across the group of companies.
